This dashboard separates the official disclosure files, VisaSignal's import health, and an employer's individual case workflow so the dates and statuses are not mistaken for one another.

Employers file under many spellings of the same name, so VisaSignal groups filings by a normalized name. These are the measured effects of that grouping — the good and the lossy.

Grouping drops trailing designators such as Inc, LLC and Limitedso one company keeps one page. Where that also removed part of the actual name, the displayed name is rebuilt from the employer's own filed names — 4,306 profiles (12.5%) show a name restored this way. Nothing is looked up elsewhere: a displayed name is always a filed name minus legal-entity designators, and where an employer's filings disagree about part of the name, only the part they all share is published.
The cost of the same grouping: 130 profiles combine two or more differently-named filers whose names differ only by a word such as Services, Technologies or USA— so their filing totals cover more than one company. Read the filed names behind a profile before treating its totals as a single employer's. Counts measured across every employer profile in the database, not a sample.

Is LCA FLAG data the same as an LCA status check?
